Who processes your data

What we collect
- Data you send through the forms: name, email, phone, company, website, message and chosen consultation time.
- Technical data: IP address and browser data in the hosting server logs, for security.
- Cookie data for analytics and advertising — only if you allow it.
Why, and on what basis
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contract steps) and your consent.
- For site security and abuse prevention — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- For analytics and advertising — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a contract are kept for up to 12 months. Contract data as required by accounting and tax law. Server logs for up to 30 days.
Who we share it with
Our hosting and email provider and, if you allow cookies, Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) and Google (Google Analytics, if enabled). Fonts load from Bunny Fonts (EU) without cookies. We never sell data.
Cookies
The site works without tracking cookies. If you allow them, we load the Meta Pixel to measure advertising. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it with the “Cookies” button at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. Email woof@digital-dackel.com. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
AI and automated decisions
We make no automated decisions with legal effects about you through this site. The site does not use an AI chatbot.
