About pricing

Do prices include VAT?

No. All prices are in euro, excluding VAT. The final price goes into the proposal before we start.

Why “from”?

Because every scope is different. The “from” price is for the simplest version; after the consultation you get an exact, fixed price.

How do payments work?

In stages written into the proposal. You don't pay for a stage until you've accepted the previous one.

What are the monthly AI running costs?

You pay providers directly (models, telephony, hosting) for actual usage — usually tens of euros. Estimate them with the calculator.

Is there grant funding?

European and national SME digitalisation programmes open periodically. The AI audit is a good base for an application; watch announcements from Bulgaria's SME agency and the operational programmes.
