Digital Dackel started in Sofia as a digital marketing agency. Today we build AI automation and software for Bulgarian businesses — with the experience of people who know what a lead costs and how easily it's lost.
Our story
From marketing to AI
For years we ran ads, websites and campaigns. We saw the same thing again and again: a business pays for a lead, then it waits hours for a reply, gets lost in Messenger or in someone's inbox.
So we moved from bringing customers in to helping businesses not lose them. AI can now answer, book, confirm an order and chase an invoice — as long as it's built carefully, with clear rules and a person approving what matters.
